My mission is to help healthcare organizations translate strategy into measurable results through operational excellence, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

With more than 12 years of healthcare leadership experience, I have led initiatives focused on:

My Background

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)-prepared healthcare leader and Certified in Infection Control (CIC) professional with experience spanning clinical operations, quality improvement, infection prevention, and hospital leadership.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside physicians, nurses, executives, and frontline teams to improve patient care while advancing organizational goals.
